Overcoming Those Negative Clouds…

Depression, anxiety, procrastination and negative thinking can bring one to a standstill. I came across this piece re positive self talk and review as a means to overcome a negative downward spiral that can anchor one into inaction or immense self doubts.

Recent research with gamers and the positive influence upon the brain’s receptors suggested that the brain continues on after the activity to process successes. Similar input other than the game can be used to perpetuate positive thoughts and outcomes.
